#INC1067 Azure outage in WUS2 affecting reporting

Status: Degraded Performance

Due to a power outage in Microsoft Azure’s West US 2 region, report generation for tenants on the North American instance of Dimensions has been impacted.

A mitigation is now in place and report generation has been restored. Reports scheduled between 04:40 and 10:00 UTC may not have run and will need to be re-run manually.

We are continuing to monitor all services for any further impact and will notify customers should any additional issues be identified.

We will provide updates as we receive them from Microsoft.

Microsoft have advised that this issue was resolved at 20:18 UTC on the 2026-05-28.

Our temporary mitigation for the report cache will be reverted during the rollout of Sprint 109.

When this happens users may receive an error message when opening a cached report, refreshing the report will correctly display the data.
